Hivotec was founded in 1996 by Albert Jenni, a former manager at Haefely Basel, with activities in the field of high voltage test equipment. From the very beginning Hivotec has focused on the manufacturers and installers of MV and HV power cables. Drawing from the experience of our customers, we are constantly improving our products. The continuous growth of our sales confirms that we are on the right track.

In 2016 Albert Jenni retired and sold the company to Philippe Emch a long time employee of Hivotec to ensure first-class service.
After restructuring the company and moving to a new location, Hivotec will continue to provide high-quality tools.
